The presenter will explore the book 10 Best Teaching Practices "How Brain Research, Learning Styles, and Standards Define Teaching Competencies" " by Donna Walker Tileston. Tileston provides the classroom teacher with a practical guide to inspiring, motivating, and educating even the most unenthusiastic students. I will conduct collaborative learning, higher-order thinking skills, technology integration, and the fundamentals of differentiated teaching strategies, teaching for long-term memory. Educators will learn to use ten highly practiced teaching methods proven to facilitate learning in all students. The presenter will compare the connection of Tileston's research to her work.
